Anjelita is the primary teacher at Venance Care Foundation. Since her retirement after more than 30 years of teaching in public schools, she is willing to spend her time at the Foundation's preschool. Besides teaching basic subjects such as Maths, English or Swahili, she enlightens the day of the children with singing, dancing or drawing. Currently, she is teaching about 25 pupils aged 3-4. Like Venance, she wants to facilitate access to quality education. In her many years of teaching, she saw a lot of children leaving school because their parents were not able to pay for school fees. With her help, the Foundation can provide access to education, and by that the prospect of a better future.
